Computing
Intent
At Priory we intend that children will develop the necessary skills required and opportunities to become responsible digital citizens. These skills will empower children to go on to have careers which use Computing. Children at Priory will be taught how to use technology safely and responsibly. Further to this, they will understand how their behaviour online can impact others and themselves. Computing will be taught in a structured way to ensure progression of skills whilst building on previous learning. Our children will also be able to use technology in other subjects to enable them to enhance their learning. The opportunities provided in this curriculum will empower girls to see the subject as an accessible subject for them to be successful in.
